A family-run group, YKH Holding was founded by Mr. Yassine Khalifa Hamila.

Faithful to the values of the founder, Mr. Tarek Yassine Hamila, chairman of the group, has been able to sustain and develop the identity and know-how of each of YKH Holding’s companies.

1983

Yassine Khalifa Hamila founded several companies in Tunisia dealing with trade, Industry and real Estate.

1999

Tarek Yassine Hamila was appointed CEO of all the companies. His mission was the reorganization and development of fast moving sectors.

Foundation of the YKH Holding, modernization of structures, digitalization, increased productivity and diversification.
